Free to breathe
That’s how i felt when I breathed inside this world.
Along with the people I shared the herd.
I owned an oxygen tank.
And wasn’t scared to breathe .
They put their expectations in me and their hopes
I couldn’t cope,
Their expectations somehow broke
with dashed hope.
Questions of these people decided
If I was of the crowd?
Their decision to not let me breathe were out!
They chased , jumped and reached me
I dodged, layed low and evaded,
With strain of a smile
I couldn’t care
I was free,
Invisibility reigned within me.
Just an amature poet
